Meg Rivers aids Action Against Hunger at the Taste of London in Regents Park, 21 – 24 June 2007.
We’re delighted to have been asked by the charity Action Against Hunger to bake 4,000 slices of cake for their stand at Taste of London 2007. Last year’s cake stand raised over £12,000 and all sales go direct to Action Against Hunger, a humanitarian organization committed to fighting hunger and malnutrition, with programs in some 40 countries.
Visitors will be able to choose from Antonio Carluccio’s Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake, Charles Campion’s Syrup Cake, Fay Maschler’s Richest Chocolate Brownies Known to Man, Tom Parker Bowles’ Oxford Spiced Cake and Jeremy Wayne’s Lush Lemon Cake. Meg Rivers’ own recipe Flapjacks will complement the selection.
